Belvoir Street: Shared use crosses the one way street for a bit of a shabby contraflow cycle route.

N of Belgrave Circle isn't too clever. Mostly built in 2014, this stretch features shared space where cyclists have to give way four times in under 150m. Must maintain traffic flow. And add some parking.
