All the bike racks at this entrance to Leicester Station are gone, seek the bike park behind, and down a level.
Quite a few abandoned bikes on the pods here at Leicester railway station. Some have paper notes pleading for them to be removed.
These were gone by summer 2019 see #108940.

This is a Sunday so there's probably not enough racks here, and users seem to prefer railings over the 'pods'.
